Terms of service
Last updated October 14, 2026
By creating a DishRoute Log account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a company, you agree on its behalf.
The service
DishRoute Log is a tool for recording dish machine service, chemical deliveries and temperature and sanitizer checks. You are responsible for the accuracy of what your team records and for following the machine manufacturer's instructions, the chemical labels and your local health code; a pass recorded here is not a health inspection and the app does not verify any reading. We aren't responsible for equipment damage, food safety incidents, downtime, or injuries.
Your account
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- The company owner controls who joins the company's account and can disable users at any time.
- Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, or access other companies' data.
Plans and billing
- The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time from the Billing page; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give partial refunds.
- If a plan lapses, your data stays, but features and user logins above the Free plan stop working until you upgrade again.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.
Your data
Your company's records belong to you. You can export them at any time. See the privacy policy for what we store.
Availability
We work to keep DishRoute Log running but can't promise it will never be down. The service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will email account owners about material changes. You can stop using DishRoute Log at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
